    One of the poorest run fast foods. Employees try very hard, but not enough. Chili with no meat! Owner needs to definately improve.

    We went in to eat in the dining room at Zion Crossroad. While ordering, the same male employee brushed by me 2 times before our order was complete. Once with a mop bucket and then with a caddy of chemicals, interrupting my order both times. We get our food, go to the self serve drink station only to find out that none of the more popular drinks will dispense, instead flashing a message on the screen, "Not available". I went to the counter to get some Coke, explaining that no one could get those drinks out of either dispenser. The manager on duty comes out, pushes a few buttons, turns to us and snidely says, "It's coming out . I don't know what your issue was." At which point other guests tell her they couldn't make it work either. To top it all off, the male with the mop bucket begins to vigorously and thoroughly SPRAY CHEMICALS on the floor from the serving counter all the way through the dining room to the front windows, within inches of some diners and just a few feet from us. The smell was enough to kill the appetite but then, our noses, mouths and eyes began to burn. Then he takes a deck scrub brush and begins to scrub the floor and the mat under the drink machine. We are appalled and leave, throwing $20 worth of salads and sandwiches in the trash because it was chemical ridden and inedible. Beware of this restaurant under this management. I sent corporate an email but they had the same manager who was on duty when this occurred contact me in return. Again, another snide remark in the email she sent to me, amidst the message that read like a first grader wrote it. I didn't even respond. I love Wendy's but I will avoid this one from now on.

    Went to Wendy's for dinner the two young ladies putting orders together looked as though they didn't know what they were doing. There was a line out the door with one cashier, who though he was polite my fiance had to repeat his order twice. When we finally got the order my fiancee's burger was wrong he took it back to have it corrected only to open it and see it was the same burger with no changes. I took it back and the cashier had me write down what was suppose to be on it. As I stood there the guy fixing the burgers mumbled something to which the cashier responded, "she is standing right there". The preparer of the food obviously doesn't care about the customer because his body language and mumbling showed he was bothered by the fact that he had to remake the burger. He fiddle around with everything he could until who I assume was the manager walked over to ask what I wanted on the burger and she fixed it all the while the guy preparing the burgers was running his mouth because he was asked to remake the burger two times. I spoke up after he continued and let him know that when a customer requests a burger with something then that is how he should make it and if not he would make it until it was right. He turned to say something and the manager put her finger up and said hush do not say anything and walked the burger to me. As a person in management in the food and retail business this operation needs training in customer service from the top to the bottom. As the employee no matter how he felt he should never show a customer his dissatisfaction to their request. As the manager she should have apologized for the mistake and for her employees reaction to the request of fixing a burger the way it was ordered. This branch of Wendy's is by far the worst I have ever stepped into as far as customer service. When a customers feels as though they have inconvienced you when your job is to wait on them then there are serious issues throughout the whole store.
