  This place has, quite possibly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying to get someone to call me back for 3 days now regarding an issue with our shipping. Paid Next Day Air for a product and now 7 days later, I still don't have the product and I can't get a supervisor to send me an email with a tracking number. I have called 3 times a day for the last 3 days and keep getting told a supervisor will call me, to no avail. They give you the run-around and never answer the question that you need. I just want to know where the product is, that I ordered a week ago and paid to have it Next Day.
